  Got a couch and we love it, BUT... They have given us the run around for THREE MONTHS now over the PILLOWS that we ordered. Three months! Oh, we ordered them, not sure when they're coming. Oh a couple more weeks... We're not exactly made of money, so when I make a very expensive purchase and then get this crap because they can't get their business straight? Never again. And ps- it'd save lots of money and make customers happier if you got extra things like pillows shipped directly to the customer. It's like 10 bucks to ship a couple pillows.
